These guys wouldn't install my wife's tires because they were purchased online. They knew she was coming with her own tires but did not provide any notice prior to her arrival of issues related to online purchases. Instead, it was not until she dropped it off and returned to work she was informed that they would not install them. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
