Went in couple times with no appointments as I had unexpected long rides, or flat tires. The Service team was very nice and squeezed me in and took care of everything, everytime! Thanks!
Awful customer service. Called to inquire about an aftermarket receiver hitch and before I could get any words out the man laughed and hung the phone up on me. Downright ignorant.
