I just had a 8-person above-ground storm shelter put in by signature storm shelters they did a great job I would highly recommend them that needs a storm shelter

Danny was friendly and got a shelter installed, however put it under our utility line. He told me he would move the shelter for me and then stopped answering texts. Unfortunately, I feel this business lacks integrity. I would not recommend using this company. I ended up having to pay another company to fix the mistake.

A year ago I got a quote and got on their list. They told me back in March 2025 the Shelters were delayed by a month. I have reached out every month since (now August 2025) with no reply (text or email). No money given so no loss but just disappointing.

Danny and team were very friendly and hard working! They were able to install in a timely manner. Small size storm sheltered inground in my garage. Still able to drive / park in garage. He was able to come to mountain home and install for me. 10/10 recommend.
