The spa was delivered damaged. The manufacturer states I placed it on the wrong foundation. Manufacturer "recommends" concrete. My foundation is wood. So they're blaming my foundation for cracking the acrylic. Manufacturer also states not to lay them on there sides which the delivery company did. I didn't see this cracking because it's white swirl acrylic and a fine line across the control panel. Manufacturer denied fixing the spa.
I bought a spa in Tucson, AZ through Discount spas. the unit came wrapped in plastic but also came with a hole in one of the hoses that carries the water. I have called Signature spas numerous times and all I get is Lip Service on my warranty claim. I believe they are waiting me out so I'll get the damn tub repaired and they, of course, will not reimburse me since they didn't provide the repair person.
