Staff here is always friendly and helpful. Hygienist was very good and gentle.Dr Caidwell is very knowledgeable and listen to you about your concerns.
Office was clean and STAFF very helpful. Wait wasnt long. They went step by step gathering information. Took exams and got me lined up to see the dentist. Hygienist checked me out then Dr. CALDWELL came in. Very professional exam and took a rough egde that had bothered me for awhile. Super job. My new DENTIST!! LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM TO KEEP MY SMILE BRIGHT N SHINY!!
The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I always have a great experience and they are really good about getting patients in promptly after check in.
My first appt and they did a comprehensive exam and cleaning. Very efficient and explained everything. I am so glad I switched to Signature Smiles in Bastrop.
Highly recommend this place, Dr.Ibarra was able to find a cavity of mine that was in a very unique and hidden spot. My old dentist jumped to wanting to remove my tooth while Dr.Ibarra was determined to find out where my cavity was. After finding the cavity within 15 minutes he got me scheduled to get it filled and his filling procedure was very quick and comforting, he made sure I was comfortable and pain free before starting the filling and was reassuring throughout my whole visit.
