Super friendly staff and doctors!
Trips to the dentist are often unpleasant, but my last visit to Signature Smiles was rather enjoyable. Arrived on time, was seen promptly and the cleaning procedures was painless. Staff were pleasant and professional.
The receptionist was Unprofessional ! I believe her name is Mariah who completely avoided communication /very succinct and seemed extremely annoyed with everything I said and/or asked. Save yourselves some time if you don’t want to be treated Terribly.! Waste of time !
We were very displeased to say the least, we checked in approximately at 3:40-3:45 for my 4:00 appt, didn't catch the receptionist's name, but it was the same individual who checked in every other person after us. We set there patiently until 4:30 before we questioned about our appt. I asked was there a problem, lack of personel, etc. the receptionist said she was sorry and would check on it.
