I would give 0 stars if possible. They are dishonest and will push you to get work done and say that insurance will cover it. They told me they wouldn’t do anything that insurance doesn’t charge without telling me first… now they are sending me a bill for over $600 after telling me to ignore the bill for months. I finally called them to ask why they keep sending me this bill they told me to ignore and basically said sorry we were wrong. You owe the money.
Staff at Signature Smiles are very friendly and professional. Always explain things well and with a smile. Dr. Fawzi is top notch. She is skilled, knowledgeable, and her disposition puts you at ease. If you’ve had bad experience with a dentist, you should call Signature Smiles- you and your teeth are worth taking care of by the best.
Dr. McGuffin was very personable and efficient. I would definitely go back!
I recently had cleaning, a crown, and a filling done. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if need any dental work.
My daughter had her bottom teeth extracted and was so nervous. The doctor and staff was so nice and talked her through every step to help her feel comfortable. Such a good experience!
