RecommendedThe dive instructor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. This is exactly what I was looking for, so my two daughters could learn how to scuba dive. The dive shop ladies are friendly and cordial. They are very helpful, and will price match any dive gear you find somewhere else. They are pro-active with regards to setting up pool and open water/ocean qualification dives. I am a PADI Rescue Diver, medical physician (M.D.) trained at Harvard Medical Center, and a retired U.S. Navy Captain.

After trying to get my wife scuba certified I received horrible treatment. They are not better then everyone and should be a little humble and not act like your problem is not important to them. They would rather give your money back then to actually solve your problem. Their customer service is telling you that your in the wrong and trying to give them a hard time telling you there are customers and had mentioned that I'm a paying customer as well. I had a super awesome experience with this shop. I would highly recommend them for you diving needs and or your diving trips. Well versed and knowledgeable staff.
The team at Signature Scuba was amazing! We showed up unsure if this scuba thing was really for us, they spent the time to talk, explain and answer questions. We signed up for the SDI training and got started. The online training was helpful but not the best way for me to digest the technicalities. We just finished our open water certification through Signature Scuba with instructor Paul Dube in Avalon and I can’t praise Paul and Signature Scuba enough for taking such great care of us throughout this chapter of our adventure and providing us with A+ instructions and safe environment to learn about this whole new underwater world!
