I absolutely love this place. Great sausage and fantastic spicy jerky.
I really hate giving a bad review because these guys were nice enough to ship me the replacement for my order when they made and sent me home with the wrong deer meat. The reason for my bad review is that the deer sausage items that I had made were all pretty bad. I'd give the regular summer sausage an F as it was dry and crumbly. The habanero cheese summer sausage was a D as it was more moist and had good flavor but still crumbly and mealy.
