Excellent first time visit. Dr. Bhatia explained everything very thoroughly & precisely & what next steps should be for my retinal eye nees. Very pleased with the time that he spent with me personally (did not feel rushed & felt he was concerned with me as a patient). All other personnel extremely professional and very helpful & pleasant also. Would highly recommend to anyone needing retinal eye care.
Dr was very patient and took time to explain and reassure me what he felt was best option of treatment. Look forward to going for other eye in 4 weeks. All the other patients in his office was very pleased and excited he's opening a office in Bloomington soon.
I recently saw Dr. Bahtia and I had an excellent experience. The reception area was beautiful the woman working at the desk were very professional and so kind. I had never been to an eye specialist and was not sure what to expect however Sherry made me very comfortable throughout the tests she performed. Dr. Bahtia explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand. He did not rush through the appointment. He is very nice and professional I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend them!
