After our sun porch roof partially collapsed from the ice/snow storm this winter, we contacted Signature for help figuring out about repair or replacement. From the very beginning, Jerrett helped us through the process of working with our insurance company, letting us know the options, timelines, etc. He and his team worked with us to make the room “ours“ and we are happy with the results.
We had a great experience working with Jerrett on our roof and gutter replacement! From the start, Jerrett was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process step by step and did a great job explaining everything clearly. He also guided us through the insurance side of things, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. I contacted Signature Restoration Solutions for snow removal. I got a quick response & quote. The next day had a clear driveway! Communication was top notch. I was not able to be onsite but got before & after photos! See that thick slab of iced covered snow? Anyone in MD knows January 2026 snow storm was a mess , snow covered in thick ice!
