This place is a one big scam. I returned the car on Sunday Nov 2nd, On Monday Nov 3rd they emailed me the confirmation of rental completion. Contract states that the $500 deposit will be released within 30 business days. It's past that time and I still haven't received my money back. It's impossible to get through to a real human as they're hiding behind the AI agents when you call them. I'll be filing complaint with the BBB and disputing charge with my credit card company. I strongly advise against this car rental company. I was scammed out of $300 – to this day, I have not received my deposit back despite multiple attempts to contact them. I sent emails, asked for explanations, and waited patiently, but the company completely ignored me. We returned the car as agreed, but after that, all contact stopped. 인터넷에 나와있는 가격에 속으면 안됩니다. 가서 차를 픽업하려하니 이것저것 보험들을 얹혀서 더 많은 비용이 나왔어요. 게다가 차를 반납할때 주유비를 4~5배 비싸게 받습니다.. 안내하지 않았는데 안내했다고 하고요.. 저렴한 가격에 빌리려고 이 업체를 선택한게 너무 후회됩니다. 저희와 같은 실수를 하지 마세요. 쩔떄 삘리찌마쎄요 햔쿢쌰럄뜰.. 떰턩이 대뺙임ㅡㅡ

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Through the years, the team at this location has been always excellent. The Prices are competitive. And the brands of cars are the best of the year. I highly recommend Signature for your future car rental needs.
