This place is a one big scam. I returned the car on Sunday Nov 2nd, On Monday Nov 3rd they emailed me the confirmation of rental completion. Contract states that the $500 deposit will be released within 30 business days. It's past that time and I still haven't received my money back. It's impossible to get through to a real human as they're hiding behind the AI agents when you call them. I'll be filing complaint with the BBB and disputing charge with my credit card company.
