The freezer part of our refrigerator had stopped working properly. Called these people & they offered an appt that same evening, but we opted for the next morning. Gave a three hour window & said they'd call 30 min before arrival. That happened just like it was supposed to. Gentleman arrived, diagnosed problem, fixed it & was on his way all within an hour. I called and left a voicemail inquiring about my ice maker, Art returned the call within 30 mins and I had an appointment set within 3 days of my request. Polite, professional, and punctual. Viking Appliance Repair and Art are amazing. I will call them again for any service to our Viking appliances.
Jacob just left a few hours ago after fixing my ice-maker. He came prepared with parts, fixed the problem faster than even he expected, charged me less than quoted. He was on time, with an apppointment window of 1 hour. Refrigerator Repair Boca Raton is extremely helpful and responds quickly. I called late in the evening and he was able to assist. Provides convenient appointment times and is very knowledgeable. I recommend him for any appliance service.
Refrigerator Repair Boca Raton is great. Technician is informative, helpful, friendly, and willing to do everything he can to help you, even if it's a holiday, a weekend, or late in the day. When asked, he also gave me some advice on our fridge, even though he was repairing our oven. Prices are definitely affordable and reasonable. Technician is polite and I never felt uncomfortable around him. He is my go to guy for appliance repair now.
