I know some people have posted negative reviews about this location, but my experience was very good. The therapists there were caring, and the social worker was very helpful. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star review is the psychiatrist was not at this location, and most of the meetings with them had to be virtual. Other than that, I was pleased with the care I received.
If I could rate this place -5, I would. This place does not communicate nor do they give the correct medication to the pharmacy. I am not a patient but I have a friend who is. She has been struggling to get the correct discharge paperwork for over an hour now. This place is ridiculous. If you need help, please seek elsewhere because you’ll barely get the help you need here.
