I have lived in 3 separate apartments in Cheyenne. The only problems I have ever had were with Lynn Rinehart of Signature Properties. I paid a $700 deposit to Signature Properties upon moving into the apartment. I have never had my rent raised as a tenant, but Lynn Rinehart was more than happy to let us all experience that. I bit the bullet and paid the extra rent, but had a bad feeling about what would happen to my deposit upon termination of my lease.
