We recently completed our home build with Signature Properties on Terry Road and, overall, the experience was smooth. The process was clear, and the team was fairly straightforward to deal with throughout. We booked the house with Signature group (Nelson road, Box Hill in February 2020) though it took long time (due to COVID & supply issue)& the Signature group helped us from start to end & delivered a good result. We got the house in February 2025. Special thanks to Santhosh, Simon, Krati & team for looking after us. We are really satisfied with house.
Honestly do not, I mean do not make the mistake that we did signing up to purchase a property from this lot. We purchased a home + land package from them back in Oct 2020 at Signature @ Tallawong, Rouse Hill with the promise that the home will be complete by Jun 2021. The keys were only handed over to us Jun 2024, absolutely appalling. We fell into the trap of a first time home buyers scheme, free stamp duty but it just got us financially rocked by paying for a land mortgage for a property that wasn't even existent for years... read more
