I had a wonderful experience with signature The whole process was smooth, and the team was very professional and supportive. The quality of work is excellent, and the handover was done on time without any hassle. I am very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable developer.
Very happy with end product, open to modifications, and great staff, but extensive delays and cost overruns over covid. Would suggest they provide photos as part of build progress updates.
We have recently moved into our new home at Signature Terry Road. We are happy with the purchase. Build quality has been good and no major flaws were detected - based on independent building inspection report obtained. The fittings and furnishings provided are of good quality and value for money. However, a few trades/contracts were given to interns I guess - especially where silicone sealant was applied to the bathroom accessories. Recently got the new build home at Nelson Rd this June 2025. It was able to meet the target date. Although there are some water leak issues at the bathroom area, they manage to fix it as promise. Krati and Rahman is exceptional on their communications.
