Sorry I cannot give a zero star, so have to settle for 1. How does an agency take three listings from the same person and does not come to look at these properties. 2. Let's the client post pictures from 20 years ago and let's the client dictate the price, site unseen. 3. They have a listing of 478 Tarpon Avenue that has at least 2 dead big dogs buried on the grounds of the southwest corner of the property and the owner after these burial brought bottles of embalming fluid to the island. Let's the client post pictures from 20 years ago and let's the client dictate the price, site unseen. When they get an email stating that one of the three buildings is worth at least a third of the asking price and that a trial is looming over actual ownership of said properties.
