This company is a joke. Pool liner had a tear in the seam shortly after installation and the owner came up with a lame excuse why it wasn t covered by the warranty. He didn t even offer to patch it. A friend from Big s Pools saw the tear recently and immediately patched it for me. If you want great customer service, ask for Kyle at Big s Pools. if you want #\$%\$ service, go to Signature.
Great company ! We purchased a Inground Pool from Sam in the spring of 2012 . My family and I could not be happier with Signature Pools . Everything is made easy . Signature Pools handels opening and closing are pool and any time I need help . It is hard to find a company that delivers what they say when they say . I would and have recommended my friends . Signature Pools is the only company to get a pool from .
To whom it may concern, Do not do business with this company! They do not stand behind their products and will not service them. If you have any problems, you are left to fend for yourself! They dont even have replacement parts if you were inclined to fix it yourself.
