I can’t say if they are good or not. Just wanted to share that I tried to call back in Jan 2024 and today September 2024 and both times he’s not answering because of a death in the family. It’s the same message.

Derek was absolutely phenomenal!! He took his time to explain everything that was going on and made sure we understood everything. He was very thorough with the testing and work that was done and I couldn’t be happier! Truly a great guy and would highly recommend to anyone having questions or issues regarding their plumbing. Thank you Derek, you were totally awesome!
Derek is very knowledgeable about his craft. We are lucky his name was referenced to us after a pipe burst in our house. Not only did he identify the problem and quickly repair it, but he found other issues that contributed to the situation and made the necessary fixes. He explained everything in terms we could understand, and even listened attentively and gave advice for an unrelated problem. If we have any plumbing issues, his number will be the one to call.
