I bought the G20 Semiotic set, and forgot to include the 7u spacebar along with the rest of my order. I thought, "ok, no big deal, tax and shipping isn't too bad, so I'll just place another order and let it be" Imagine my surprise when I see a refund coming back from them just before my package arrived, and the additional spacebar included with the rest of the items.
