I would stay away from this doctor. Her concern is not the patient—it’s covering herself from any potential liability, rather than accommodating the high-risk patients she’s entrusted to care for. Early on, she ordered many tests, and I initially thought that meant she was detail-oriented. Later, I understood it was about covering every base that could put her license at risk.
