Had to leave a message and they returned the call two hours later. $150 for a service call and did not perform any maintenance on the door. I could not get the door down after backing into the door but for it right before they arrived. Even in KC, a service call includes tightening of screws, oiling of door, etc. they are less than 5 miles from us and $150. Service call. Seems a little steep to me. Came highly recommended or I would have inquired before the service call.
