Excellent Service, Honest
Highly recommend this shop. The team there is capable and reliable. We have 4 older Toyotas and have all the oil changed there. In addition, I have had brake work and other smaller repairs/maintenance things taken care of, all with very good results. As an independent shop, I like to support and have never been disappointed in the 5+ years I have been going there.

I came to the station originally due to their oil change pricing and now after two cars being serviced with oil changes as well as mechanical work, you have no fear working with this station. Hard working and honest and that's what you want in a mechanic. They are fairly priced too. Ask for Alex.

Terrible Service - Also Difficult to Communicate in English
I brought my Audi A8L in for an oil change and once they pulled the car in the garage, the employees looked at the car like they had never seen one before. They put the car up on the jack and I became more nervous watching them change the oil. I asked the manager, if they've worked on a car like this before because it appeared that they didn't. That evening I driving and noticed that the whole plastic shield under the car that they had to remove for the oil change was dragging on the ground. The only way to reinstall was to put it up on a jack again. I specifically told them I was going on a road trip the next morning and needed everything done properly and the manager with his broken English smiled and knodded his head. I guess he didn't understand me.

Awesome work and very honest mechanic as well low price...
I live in Riverwoods and I had Signature Mobile Oil Change Co. to do my 2007 VW passat and the serviced was amazing. I used Quaker State Full Synthetic. I would recommend their service to anyone who does not like being pushed to buy extra services.
