Fantastic experience! Ariana is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is thoroughly knowledgeable about the products she sells, and she has the patience of a saint! Taking delivery of my chair took a bit longer than expected, but the wait was worth it. Ariana picked me a winner, and they did a thorough refurb service that including touching up the paint. So while I had to wait a week, it was well worth it. I highly recommend them, and Ariana especially.
I purchased a custom desk top from Signature Office. The desk top was built exactly to my specifications and the build quality was excellent. From sales to delivery, the whole process was seamless, great people to work with, very knowledgeable and always answered my calls promptly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for used or new furniture.
We got 2 size A Aeron Remastered chairs 6 months ago and they are rock solid. Ariana was a huge help. She let me try both the classic and remastered for size and comfort. She let me pick out the chairs that I wanted. Then she made sure they were cleaned and painted. They then packed them carefully in the back of my SUV. And we got a great price! This will be my first stop the next time we are looking for office furniture.
Ariana at Signature Furniture was very helpful, patient and honest with me. I was looking for a specific Herman Miller Aeron chair and she took the time to show me what they had. When it turned out they did not have what I was looking for, she graciously suggested a competitor and even called to check their inventory. Although I did not buy from Signature Furniture this time, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for good quality, refurbished furniture.
