Terrible customer service. There was employee that got on the elevator with us and instead of helping us as we were visibly lost, he kicked us out. On here, the owner says there is a showroom and warehouse to shop around yet they told us we needed an appointment to see anything. Given that it was completely empty I'd think they'd want our business but that wasn't the case. Even the most snobbish high-end furniture boutiques never made me feel as unwelcome.

We bought five used refurbed chairs from them. They are of top quality and super clean. Way better than we expected. Michael ,Ariana and Margaret are all very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely recommend my friends and we will buy from them again.

Fantastic experience! Ariana is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is thoroughly knowledgeable about the products she sells, and she has the patience of a saint! Taking delivery of my chair took a bit longer than expected, but the wait was worth it. Ariana picked me a winner, and they did a thorough refurb service that including touching up the paint. So while I had to wait a week, it was well worth it. I highly recommend them, and Ariana especially.

I purchased a custom desk top from Signature Office. The desk top was built exactly to my specifications and the build quality was excellent. From sales to delivery, the whole process was seamless, great people to work with, very knowledgeable and always answered my calls promptly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for used or new furniture.
