I went to this nail salon today for a pedicure and a builder gel fill, and I can confidently say I will never be returning. The entire experience was frustrating, overpriced, unnecessarily complicated, and honestly not worth the nearly 3 hours I spent there. I asked for the price of my pedicure UPFRONT after showing the technician a picture of exactly what I wanted. I agreed to the price I was given. I needed to kill some time in the area and found this nail salon. I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to get in with no waiting. Everyone was friendly. It was clean and an employee was always cleaning up after a client was finished with their session. I just got a spa pedicure and it was very nice and relaxing. I was also offered a complimentary beverage.

Usually come on a regular basis, today I came in and it seems as if the “receptionist” had an attitude because I didn’t want a fill in. Just a full set, and a pedicure. When I sat down to get my toes done, the lady came over and communicated something to the guy, and he stood up in the middle of my pedicure and began using a nail tip to pop my old nail set off of my fingers instead of soaking them off, leaving my nail beds looking like this, this was not communicated that he wasn’t gonna soak them off.
