Always amazing service!
( 4/5 stars) I removed one star for each instance of poor service I received, but I also want to acknowledge when a business makes things right. I’m a loyal client—coming in every 4–5 weeks and typically spending $250–$300 each visit—so I believe in giving fair feedback. I’m removing a star for each instance of poor service I receive, but I’m also giving this salon a chance to retain a loyal client—someone who comes in like clockwork every 4–5 weeks and spends $250–$300 per visit. The worst experience I’ve had at a nail place! The front desk was so cold and rude. The pedicure I got was horrible. I have really dry cracked feet and she literally spent 10 minutes on the whole thing. I came back home with my feet still like before. On top of that, they are outrageously priced! I would go back and have a fit with them but I’m visiting from out of state and have to leave early morning.
This place never fails to have the worst customer service! I got my pedicure done here and as soon as I was finished it chipped on my way out. They’re not friendly or welcoming at all and the lady at the front desk has a very bad attitude. Over priced for nothing
