Wonderful experience!! The workers are all so kind! My nails turned out so cute and there is amazing service.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. I originally planned to get both a pedicure and a manicure, but after seeing how poorly the pedicure was done, I decided not to go through with the manicure. Summer did not seem to know how to perform even a basic pedicure, and I honestly don’t think she understood what a proper pedicure should entail. They told us 35-40 minutes and after 1.5 hours we still haven’t started. This is not good business practice and they should respect people’s time as much as their own. This was for 5 people and we are cutting down to 3 to get out of here at a reasonable time.
I’ve been coming here regularly for a while now, and I always have such a great experience! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They consistently do an amazing job, and I always leave loving my nails!
