I appreciate the friendliness and competence of this salon. They are flexible, always ready for my appointment and clean I did the hair spa today and have to say it was amazing. It included a cleansing, massaging and masque facial. She also massagedthe arms, back etc. she worked non stop for 120 minutes.!!! Amazing after just returning from a long flight
We came for our 4pm appt, but had to wait 20-minute to get started. The guy, I guess the owner, seemed flustered as there were two 4pm appts. There were only 4 staff members, who were all working on people already. He kept getting up checking on what the other women were doing. Once he got started on us, he would get up to do something, then come back. We were then moved to the spa chairs for someone else to finish. He then proceeded to micromanage.
