They did an amazing job with my Halloween themed nails!
Staff is nice but nails are always uneven and lumpy they're also very expensive
Been going there for years. Enjoyed the pedicures. After my last visit, I won't be back. Another nail tech was trying to assist the one that was performing the service as she overhead I was pointing out it's wrong. Nails were uneven lengths and diameter. I spoke up a few times respectively seeing the nail tech insisted that I was receiving the nail style I originally asked for. Long story short, I didn't receive the service I WANTED. Had a pit in my stomach during this service and I refuse to ever feel that way again.
This used to be my go-to spot for a spa pedicure when I lived in the area, so I was excited to come back during a recent visit to see my daughter. Unfortunately, Signature Spa is not what it used to be. I was treated to a $55 lavender spa pedicure—and it was a total disappointment. They didn’t even push back my cuticles, and the so-called “massage” was a joke. They apparently consider rubbing their hands up and down your legs for a few minutes to be a massage.
