Today was my first visit. I had a builder gel refill done by Lee at station #8. She was excellent! The price was great and everyone was friendly and welcoming ☺️
Booked appointment on line. Arrived only to have someone else being seated with the person my daughter booked with. When asked if we could be helped I mentioned her appointment time. I was then told we need to book on line AND call to confirm. Frustrated we went someplace else. Fast forward a month later. Booked on line and called. Get to appointment same thing. This time she asked us to come back in an hour. Absolute not!!!
Never experienced such unprofessional experience anywhere it was almost unbelievable
I wish I can give this place zero stars ! I’ve been going here for years and it’s definitely going downhill and fast ! Not what it used to be. Me and my mother went today for a spa pedicure I also had my two year old son with me now mind you he was in his stroller not bothering anybody and he’s very good out in public but of course he’s two so of course they get a bit fussy but I had things to entertain him with.
