It was a time when I could say that this was the best shop in Florence. Now I have to find another shop. They have become very rude. It's almost like 5 years of faithfulness means nothing. I brought my 3rd daughter in to start getting her nails done because she's now 16 and they were really rude. Telling her that the nails she wanted was to much.
