I was at signature nails on Saturday the technician VEE gave me a pedicure with no options to chose on what scent I wanted per Vanessa when she showed me the dents on the menu to pick from stated it looks like VEE already added a scent. So when Cindy stated there wasn’t an option to pick from then maybe Cindy should train her employees on what a customer can and can’t have. The store is clean and pleasant, having a receptionist really helps. And my nail professional was super personable, sweet, attentive

Friendly, chatty nail tech. I had a basic gel manicure. The experience was ok, the manicure is meh. Polish on my cuticles, big lump of polish on one of my nails. Unsure on cleanliness of tools, she grabbed them from her station as if they are reused each client.

Always great customer service. Cindi and her staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love that Jennifer actually listens to me when she does my nails.
