1/30/26 I went in to have my gel polish removed. There are only 2 techs there that I trusted to not Drimmel the poo out of my nails. Even though I requested I was sent with someone else. It was not relaxing to sit in pedicure chair soaking one hand in bowl of acetone. After pedi (which I paid extra for attention to heels and the result was meh) I wasn’t moved and uncomfortably had to turn sideways to give tech my hand across my body at times to have my gel removal with the drimmel and heavy file used for gel/dip/tips. Always a 10/10 experience at this salon. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and never had a bad experience. The salon itself is clean, the tools are clean, the staff is friendly, and the work they do has never disappointed me. I usually just get solid one color no-chip manicures, but decided to get some nail art my most recent visit. Mia is extremely talented and did a phenomenal job on my nails! My first time at this salon. When I walked in The woman at the front desk was very ignorant. She didn’t greet me, just asked what do I need today. The nail tech was horrible. She was rough on my nails. She was getting upset when I was asking her questions. Worst experience ever!
