UT at Signature Nais is not just a nail tech, she's an artist with a beautiful unique style. My nails are strong and look very natural. She went above and beyond to make me happy. Thank you Ms UT!
Did a walk in, everything was great, had to wait a tad bit but service and end result was nothing far from perfection! The manager (Thanh) was one of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took care of me very well!
It's under new management and the new owners have really turned this place around. Very attentive manager, much cleaner although they are however in the middle of remodeling but everything's a lot better.
Manicurist badly smudged the polish on the great toe while putting on my flip flops. Instead of taking off the polish she used a little remover and slapped another coat on top. By the time I got home the polish bubbled. Good thing I brought my own polish. Had to redo it at home. By the time you tip the gal and pay for the service, the ped should look professional. Not in this case.
