It appears tony only pays 75% of his bills. When he came to utica ny for a funeral he contracted me for he only paid me 75% and said he would pay me asap the rest of the money. My experience with signature memorial was extremely good and professionalism at every level.
My daughter gave birth to Stillborn Twins back in December.. Someone recommended Signature funeral homes so I reached out to them before we left the hospital spoke with Tony and asked if they offered with free cremations of stillborn, as there are several funeral homes who do the services for free! He told us they would handle it and sent his condolences, seemed very kind and sincere so we went with them to cremate the twins.. After that it was all down hill..
