This office has become extremely inconsistent. Their hours make it tough for a working individual to get in touch with anyone. You used to be able to count on the portal, that is no longer an effective option. I miss the days where Dawn Folan was running the majority of the show, you really can't seem to find an NP like her anymore, you know, one who cares and has some sense of urgency with her patients. The people working here are so rude, don’t waste your time going here
I honestly don’t understand any negative reviews. For the most part all my appointments have ran on time. I have gotten amazing care, better than I ever have. They have all been friendly and kind. We are so very fortunate to have this office in a small community. I have been going to this office for several years.
This office is always running an hour to 2 hours behind. My last appointment I showed up to they said they had to cancel it but they never called me to tell me, so I took work off for no reason that day to go to my doctors appointment that they canceled. This morning I took work off for a 9:45 appointment, I was in the waiting room with 5 other people till 10:15 when a nurse came out and said the doctor is running an hour and a half behind. I told my work I would be in by 11-11:30. So I had to leave without being seen. This ... read more
