This office has become extremely inconsistent. Their hours make it tough for a working individual to get in touch with anyone. You used to be able to count on the portal, that is no longer an effective option. I miss the days where Dawn Folan was running the majority of the show, you really can't seem to find an NP like her anymore, you know, one who cares and has some sense of urgency with her patients. I honestly don’t understand any negative reviews. For the most part all my appointments have ran on time. I have gotten amazing care, better than I ever have. They have all been friendly and kind. We are so very fortunate to have this office in a small community. I have been going to this office for several years.
Dr. Gordon is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She goes above and beyond. She shows genuine concern for any problem I have brought up.
