Can never get anyone to answer the phone . Constantly change and rebook appts without speaking to the patient first. Unprofessional

Don’t risk yourself or your baby with this office. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Appointment was supposed to be 4/13, they canceled on 4/8 and said they’d call back to reschedule after a week and a half of waiting for them to do their jobs I called for a week straight and waited on hold for half an hour each day with no answer (at different times they weren’t on lunch). I had my first appointment with Dr. Waters today and had a great experience. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to clearly explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend her.

I am very disappointed with this office. I waited for months to get an appointment, I requested time off from work for them to cancel it last minute. Then when trying to reschedule again it will take months. I have been waiting for years to get one exam done, but they keep canceling the appointment. I am very disappointed, this place plays with people’s time and health. Every other place calls you in advance, and finds a solutions for you, but here they do not care at all.
