I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at this office. My husband and I have been waiting over 30 days for test results. During that time, we called almost daily and were repeatedly disregarded. When we were finally able to speak with someone, we were given no answers and no real help. If I could give Emily King NP OBGYN zero stars, I would. I had a scheduled post–C-section appointment and was not seen despite arriving within the 13 minute grace period. I was told to reschedule, which I found extremely unprofessional given that this was a post-surgical follow-up. At the time, I was dealing with an open incision with steri-strips placed by the midwife, ongoing discomfort, a burning sensation in my abdomen, back pain, and epigastric pain.
