Dr. Benathar is my primary care doctor at this building. Jorden is a very cool medical assistant and the receptionists are very exceptional. Did a referral for orthopedic care and gynecology at 110 Liberty Street. Had my mammogram done last year and Kerry was the technician. The mammogram didn't hurt and the pressure from the machine didn't bother me as a person with autism. I tolerated the mammogram extremely well and will be for the rest of my life. Today is the first day I have an appointment with the doctor here, I have never seen a person doing check in who is lazy and has an attitude towards patients, I have been to all the hospitals for the first time and seen such a bad check in. She needs to change so that patients feel happy and want to come back, otherwise people will only come once and never want to come back a second time.
Since this has become signature healthcare it's improved a lot I found a doctor here that is the best doctor I've ever had I like a doctor who treats me like a person and this doctor does Jona s dunphy she's very thorough and she treats you nice I'm glad I switched to her and I'll continue to see her thank you Jona for what you do
I'd say this location is doing the best they can. I know healthcare field and staff are overloaded and burnt out. My visit was pretty good. Very good provider and supporting staff.
