I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this facility so far!
Made my appointment in January 2024, for a physical on 03/13/2025 because there was nothing else available. Since I’m a new patient, I had no idea I was taking a whole day off of work for a meet and greet appointment with my new primary, & she was in the room with me for only 10 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for an hour. Appointment was at 11 am, I got there at 10:45 am & I didn’t get home until 1 pm. Worst telephone service I’ve ever dealt with! One phone number for multiple office locations and Drs. Totally unacceptable! I’ve been trying to cancel an appointment for 30min now. Can’t get transferred to right location and then have to call back again, go through the prompts just to talk to a different person , explain everything again! WHO’S IDEA WAS THIS PHONE SYSTEM???
