The office is in a great location and the doctors I have seen are great, BUT they switched to a call center to handle calls so you cannot speak to anyone at this location and if you need to follow up with them it is impossible. The people at the call center have lost the information I have called in about twice. Their customer service has been awful since the switch and it often takes 30+ minutes ot talk to someone at the call center.
Nice doctors, but it’s minimum 10 mins on hold each time you call the office. SUCH A PAIN! It’s like calling Comcast every time you need to talk to the office!
Do you guys know your location phone number doesnt work anymore? I was on the phone for 30mins and all i was hearing was the new doctors just added to the org.I cant reach anyone to get an appointment with my Dr. Not even the portal either.
so far i am not a happy patient with this practice. I usually don’t even put a bad review, but it hasn’t been good.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this facility so far!
