Dr Michael Burns is thorough and professional. He is also compassionate. I have had 2 very successful knee replacements and I would reccomend Dr Burns.

I wanted to like the OBGYN office of Sarah Shores, DO at Mercy, as I had a friend recommend it. However, I had numerous terrible experiences. I would let one time slide but 4 times within two months is too many. Where is the zero stars? My wife is in serious pain in her back and the recommendation was steroids, pain medication (despite her disclosure of dislike over use of opiods), and physical therapy. The X-rays came back "inconclusive" and thus no MRI could be performed. She has not been able to eat or sleep for weeks due to back pains and this was the soonest she could be seen. This recommendation resulted in our requirement to go to the ER. Don't go here... they don't care or take care of you.
