Dr. Coles 5 Both nurse practitioners 5 Billing department 1🪨 (rock) I tried to pay my copay and was told I didn't have one, third time they were wrong. Then three months later I got a bill for my copay. Three more times I was told that I didn't have a bill. I just received two different notices of my PAST DUE statement and underlined "balance is your responsibility". I left this practice once before because the front of the staff in one doctor's office was clueless. In addition, this is the third time this has happened.
This review is regarding corporate oversight. Since September 2025, I have been attempting to resolve an issue caused by one of your local offices refusing to submit a required pre-authorization form for insurance reimbursement. The medication was confirmed by my insurance to be covered, yet I was forced to pay $340 out-of-pocket. Money grabbing place. For one they wouldnt do the surgery there but at mercy. Now I have 2 bills of the ame for both mercy and signature. Wanted to deny the surgery if I didn't pay them an upfront fee of $1000. Then wife had to come here. They miss diagnosed her and not only that, other doctors have claimed this place never even looked at the charts. And possibly made condition worse. Place is a joke and should be shut down. Stay away and beware
I had an appt on January 6th with Dr. Fissell. The doctors appeared to be so overbooked and the wait was well over an hour. When I had to leave due to no one showing up in the exam room I was waiting in, a nurse practitioner came in for less than 5 minutes and I was informed that I was considered seen. I was then not only charged for my appt with a doctor I never saw, but it turns out the nurse practitioner billed an additional fee, which I was never informed of except for a letter in the mail from a collection agency!!!
