⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Elias Saba was incredibly empathetic and caring. I felt 100% comfortable with him from the moment he walked in. We didn’t have to wait long, and he was so friendly and welcoming—both my daughter and I felt completely at ease. I left feeling well taken care of, truly heard, and nurtured. Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I 100% recommend him!
One of the nurses (Asian wears glasses) is very rude and condescending and makes me feel uncomfortable on my visits. I was told by the doctor to take two advil an hour before my procedure for pain afterwards but I’d forgotten which is totally my fault, so I told her about it but instead of offering me some she gave me a weird look and told me I needed to take it an hour before, in which I responded again that I’d forgotten and can she please get me some. Dr. Zaidi was unsympathetic during my consultation. He simply continued a previous prescription without showing interest in my situation or offering guidance. I believe that in a clinic where people come with various problems and emotional needs, more sensitivity and empathy are required. Honestly, he doesn't seem to have the right background for this type of customer service.
Dr. Was amazing. Wait was ok for a walk-in. They really need to change the ink cartridge. We can barely see anything on the requisite.
