After spending nine years in the industry with national brand homebuilders we decided that we could offer the Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana market 'something better'. I bought my home through them nearly a year ago. everything went great with the buying process and set up. After the home was on my land it was like pulling teeth to get them to come out and repair damages. They finally said I have to deal with the manufacturer if I want any other damages to my home fixed. I have been begging the manufacturer and signature homes to come fix my soft floors, crooked doors that don't shut all the way, crooked windows that let cold and hot air in, the joints under my house causing the floors to ... read more
