Absolutely awful experience. The drivers had very little communication towards us, letting us figure everything out ourselves with no help. The limo arrived on time yet didn’t leave until we got our music playing, however, the bluetooth was broken with the screen to use it being frozen with nothing we could do. This alone set us back 15 minutes on an already relatively tight schedule. Absolutely awful, terrible service with little to no communication or effort to try to accommodate the passengers. What’s a free water bottle going to do if you can’t listen to music or even have privacy from the driver
