My HOA also contracts with Signature Landscape but I am going to actively recommend that they never use them again. We pay for snow removal and it took Signature over 2 days to even show up after the last snow. 2 days!!! They must have been low bidder because I can't imagine why anyone would hire these guys. When they did finally show up, they were understaffed and ill equipped. It took them over 24 hours to return my calls and when they did call, they said they couldn't do anything about it.
