We originally hired Signature Kitchens to install some new kitchen cabinets. When Ericka came by for the first consultation to discuss the cabinets, she showed us how a redesign would give us a more efficient use of the space we had and give us more storage and counter than we originally planned. What a pleasure it was to work with a designer who really knew her stuff and also knew how the contractor would get things done. Very frustrating working with this husband & wife team. She is the designer, he is the contractor. They are either too busy or too scattered. On the very first day on site, he was 'not sure what needed to take place on this project'. Several weeks they traveled out of state to leave sub-contractors to do the work at a sub-par level. They have threatened to sue us and now have turned us over to a collection agency. Run from this company.
