No body care in the office...did to much mistakes
The customer service been terrible and no one calls back anymore I'm not sure what happened with the office but sadly it's gone down with the service quality. I have been a customer since 2018. They always give you the run around and when you call the hold times are outrageous, and when they tell you they willl call you back and they never do and have to keep calling back. I'm very disappointed and now shopping around because noone deserve to be treated this way. BTW this is an edited 5 star review.
Lana was extremely fast and helpful, she responded quickly to all my emails which is great because I can't usually talk on the phone and she saved us money on both car and home insurance. Very professional and knows what she is doing!
