In the past, I had amazing customer service but this year the customer service was absolutely horrible. I called to go over my renewal policy a month in advance, and every day someone said they would call me back. I called every week no help. 3 weeks of waiting and no one willing to assist. I had to switch companies due to the lack of assistance and care. I am very disappointed that I was unable to receive assistance. This insurance agency is absolutely untrustworthy and dishonest. They lied to me about my policy details, causing me unnecessary stress and financial risk. Their lack of transparency feels like theft, and I would strongly warn anyone against doing business with them. They clearly don’t care about their clients and only look out for themselves.
