Stopped by this shop unannounced. It has been my go-to service facility for 15 years. Asked them to have an out-of-area repair done on my step-son’s Mini Cooper reviewed for adequacy after the “Service Engine Soon” light came back on. They found and secured some loose spark plug wiring. Service Advisor Gabe was responsive and the service charge was reasonable.
I’ve trusted Signature Independent with both my Mercedes SL550 and my wife’s GLC300 for years. They’re knowledgeable and always take great care of our vehicles. Highly recommend!
Great service from start to finish. Explained everything thoroughly of what looks good to what needs attention and or replaced with pictures and descriptions. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you have or own a European vehicle that may need repairs or just and an oil change.
Initial Installation of the Tachometer in my '88 325 was performed , it stopped working after a week - I brought it back they remedied it under warranty at no cost and while the car was there I had them remove an aftermarket stereo and put back in a stock radio I acquired and they installed it and its also working perfectly.
