WOW!! What an AWESOME experience!!! I reached out to Signature HVAC in order to get an estimate on a geothermal system installation. Bob Gress from Signature HVAC couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Although approx $35,000 was at stake, Bob politely informed me that he wouldn't feel comfortable installing the unit as he was a bit too far to ensure he could service it in a timely fashion if something were to go wrong. Signature is the best! We replaced our heating and air conditioning system a few years ago and were really pleased and impressed with Bob Gress (President and Owner). He did not recommend the largest and most expensive system but instead recommended the system he thought would best meet our needs and heat and cool our house efficiently. He also put us in touch with a private agency approved by the state where we could get a more advantageous financing than going on the open market. Signature HVAC is the best. We did a full heating and AC replacement a few years ago and couldn't be happier. The service technician is always prompt and friendly. The people who schedule the appointments are professional and accommodating. The prices were great and we were able to do no interest financing which helped keep our money in investments for an extra year.
