Gayla & Candace are amazing!!! They are true hospitality & cleaning experts!! My family and I stayed at the Grove Getaway in St. Simons for 6 days and wow! As soon as we walked inside the property, I went inspecting for anything possible to find wrong that’s usually found with other companies and nope, there was literally nothing wrong. We rented out our condo for a year and Gayla took care of everything. She and her team did a excellent job keeping our condo clean and ready for our renters. If there was an situation about the condo, Gayla was there and took care of it. We did not have to worry about anything going wrong. This was so important for us since we live so far away. I do not have the words to express how awesome this company is to work with. We have owned and operated a rental in another state and we have never had such an amazing experience with our cleaning service. Their professionalism is top notch. Gayla and team are amazing. I have been using SHS for over a year and they are great. I would hi highly recommend signature hospitality solutions if you are interested in prompt, diligent, responsive, reasonably priced cleaning services I would call SHS. As you can imagine a clean house is one of the most important things when offering your house for a short term vacation rental. We have had more than 50 turns and I have only had positive feedback from our guests. I cannot recommend Gayla and her team enough.
The beginning was a great relationship but after awhile the cleans became not so great and there was always an excuse. I’ve ended the business relationship and they promised to bring back my linens and towels. It’s now been three days and haven’t heard from the company. It’s a little frustrating to resort to this to get some attention in the matter.
