I would not recommend a home or even a dog house built by this builder. I speak from experience. If you dont mind finishing the job for him then this is your guy. I cant begin to describe how many pieces of trim or pieces of my deck were not secured properly. Ive had trim with one brad nail holding a one foot piece to 13 foot piece of decking with only 3 screws in it, which caused this board to twist and curve like a question mark.
