10 stars if I could. This is an update to my previous review which I gave 4.5. Our one year warranty is almost up. Met with Glenn and his brother Tim today. Great visit. We came with our list of issues or punch list items. Glenn is taking care of every single one of them! Very professional. Very friendly. Would highly recommend them to others (in fact we already have). Thanks Glenn and team!
Our custom home design experience with Signature Homes by Adashun Jones Oshkosh was very enjoyable. They had a great showroom with lots of options. We appreciated their design build concept, which helped streamline the process for us. The pricing spreadsheet broke out costs in detail so we knew exactly how much we needed to budget. Great experience, I would highly recommend!
We had Signature Homes build our home 3 years ago. We were continually treated like we were children with very low respect. We felt like our money was no good to anyone who worked there. Multiple problems arose during and after the build. To many projects were subcontracted out, to many hands in the pot.. The only areas that are currently not failing are parts that my husband did himself and the electrical, which we hired out!
