The Arctic Spa is great but the customer service at Signature Home Spa is maddening. Our spa arrived with a defective part and we have been trying for months to get it replaced. It started with them not order the part when we were told it was ordered and has turned into multiple botched service calls. Blown away by the poor communication. Never an apology. Just endless excuses and blame shifting. The spa is great though.
