We searched for the perfect new sofa online and found exactly what we wanted at Signature. When we went to the store to pick it up we found that because of closures due to the pandemic what we had chosen was unavailable. We had already made a down payment and they were happy to refund it so we could go elsewhere to find exactly what we wanted. Walked in store and no one greeted us. Looked around for about 15 minutes and no one offered any help. We left. Guess what? Our money will be spent elsewhere. What a shame as we tried to support a local business.
