The worse I keep calling no answer, and if I am lucky they pick up after God knows how many rings only to get hung up
I have been using this company for 6 or more years. They arranged to have two hearing aids repaired. The price was very reasonable. When I needed new hearing aids, they recommended a set that was 1/3 the price that my first pair cost. The set they recommended works much better than my previous set. In the 6 years, my appointments have been on time, they explained everything clearly to me, and I have been most pleased.
